I’m passionate about the intricate interplay between physical health and mental well-being. My journey in this field began at an early age as I grew up in a gym environment, thanks to my mom’s career as a personal trainer. This upbringing sparked my fascination with the human body and brain.

Driven by this curiosity, I pursued a degree in psychology with a minor in cognitive neuroscience, diving deep into the complexities of the mind. In my 20s, I ventured into the world of competitive Olympic weightlifting, which not only tested my physical limits but also deepened my understanding of the body's incredible potential.

Throughout my 20s, I embraced a multifaceted role as a health and wellness entrepreneur, meal prep business owner, health writer, recipe developer, and nutrition advocate. I wear numerous hats, from serving as a performance coach to digital marketing, graphic design, and operating multiple businesses.

Health, for me, is not just about treating symptoms; it's about nurturing the body and mind from the inside out to achieve optimal balance and vitality. I believe that by gaining insights into the body's internal processes, we can make tailored dietary and lifestyle choices that lead to a healthier, more fulfilling life.

In collaboration with my clients, I explore the intricate web of nutrition and wellness, emphasizing that while genetics play a role, our everyday choices have a significant impact on our health journey.

Beyond my efforts, I've had the privilege of working on various events, including nutrition classes and cooking workshops, where I empower people with the knowledge to fuel their bodies for their unique adventures.
