Ingredients
2 pork chops
¼ cup balsamic vinegar
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ tsp dried oregano
½ tsp dried basil
½ tsp dried thyme
1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a small saucepan, mix the balsamic vinegar, garlic, basil, and thyme.
Bring to a boil and reduce heat to simmer until it becomes a paste-like substance.
Sear the pork chops on both sides in an oven-safe skillet (preferably iron).
Brush the pork chops with the glaze and set in the oven to roast for up to 8 minutes.
